Having decided to go ahead (hopefully!) With your sessions, you’re bound to have lots of questions. Here’s what usually happens next.
Free discovery session - holistic life coach
A 30-minute no-obligation session is available to all new clients. This session enables you to ask more about life coaching and see if I am the right life coach for you and work out the best package for you!
How Many sessions will I need?
Coaching is a process, and it depends on you and your goals and commitment to change but this will be agreed upon during your first session, as your personal life coach, I will guide you.
How much will it cost?
Individual sessions are priced at £175.00 per hour. Once we have established your coaching plan and you are on track with your actions, we might choose shorter focus sessions which last 30 minutes and cost £75.00 per session.
Sessions are payable by bank transfer. The first session is payable in advance. I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
What happens next?
We have a 30-minute telephone or video call to see if we “click.” If we do, I will send you a questionnaire to fill in which gives me a bit more information on your background and what you’re looking for from coaching.
The 1st session is about making an action plan and deciding on when you’d like your sessions and how often – each client is unique and so is each plan.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, as is mine. Please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to attend or late cancellations will incur the full treatment charge. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter as I strive to provide you with the best service and support on your holistic journey.

What is Pellowah? How does it work?
Pellowah connects all 12 strands of DNA – ready for activation. It unblocks and realigns all the meridians within the body, giving a feeling of well-being and connection which allows for a Radical Shift in Consciousness.
Importantly, through this we are able to make choices which take us to greater heights and levels in our life.
The healing effects of Pellowah are a wonderful by product of a “Shift in Consciousness”. You may experience new expanded perception and a more objective understanding and outlook on life. In addition through the Pellowah healing technique you may also experience the following:

What happens next?
You will need to complete a consent form and return to me by email before we start the session, this will be emailed to you once you booked and paid.

Energy Healing
What is Reiki ? How does it work?
Reiki is a technique that uses energy forces to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses energy being directly from the practitioner at a distance, for healing and tries to improve balance in your body. It does not treat conditions on its own but can be used to support the traditional treatment you may receive.
