I aim to inspire, inform, and support perimenopausal women to manage change and achieve Holistic Wellness. It is my purpose to share how I hope to make a difference in the world. By sharing my personal experience of my life journey, I hope to provide understanding and inspiration.
As a professionally trained and experienced Holistic Coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.
Over years of experience, through my own personal journey, and with so many people I have come across in my life, I have discovered that people have the answers to their problems within themselves – they sometimes just need support accessing those answers.
Becoming a life coach was a natural pathway to finding my purpose, meaning, and passion. I have always used coaching to inspire and motivate others, which has helped me to achieve a balanced lifestyle of real wellness. I have had first-hand personal experience using a coach, so I know how powerful good coaching can be.
When I am not working, I love traveling, cooking, exploring the outdoors, spending time in nature – by the sea on our boat, and walking as it gives me a renewed perspective and opens my mind to alternative possibilities.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.
Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
