Hi, I’m Karen — a Holistic Coach, Certified Moonologer™, and Energy Practitioner. I’m here to help you nourish your soul, embrace your purpose, and practise wellbeing, drawing on over 20 years of experience supporting others on their soul path. .
At Cosmic Connections, I combine ancient lunar wisdom, powerful energy healing practices (Reiki & Pellowah), and science-backed coaching rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology. I’m here to help you realign with your natural rhythm, ignite your inner clarity, and unlock your cosmic potential.
My Journey
My journey into holistic wellness began in 2003 when I qualified as a holistic massage therapist. What started as a passion for the mind–body connection soon became a lifelong path of learning and transformation. Over the years, I deepened my practice with Reiki, Pellowah, Moonology™, and coaching, while always holding a fascination with how our brains and behaviours shape our everyday lives.
Blending Neuroscience & Energy Healing
In 2025, I became a Certified Neuroscience Practitioner, learning how the brain manages stress, motivation, and change — and how we can rewire unhelpful patterns into supportive ones.
My Approach Today
By weaving together neuroscience and energy healing, I help clients find both the practical steps and soulful alignment they need to move forward. My approach is grounded in science but also honours the unseen — the intuition, energy, and cycles of the cosmos that influence our lives.
