By booking a session, workshop, or service with Cosmic Connections, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Sessions
    
   • You must ensure you are in a quiet, private space for your session.
      
   • Accurate birth information (if requested) is required for Moonology or astrology-based sessions.
      
   • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes following the session.
      

1. Cancellations & Refunds
    
   • 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
      
   • Refunds (if applicable) will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
      
   • Sessions interrupted by internet or technical issues may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
      

1. Session Scope
    
   • Karen does not offer predictions about death, unborn children’s gender, or third-party readings.
      
   • Sessions are for self-development, not for decision-making on medical, financial, or legal matters.
      

1. Right to Refuse
