Post-Session (Optional Message ):

• Practitioner shares any intuitive insights, messages, or guidance received
   
• Client is encouraged to rest, drink water, and avoid analysing the experience
   
• Shifts may continue for days or weeks as the energy integrates

Pre-Session (5–10 mins):

• Optional check-in  text, to set intentions
   
• You are invited to relax, lie down, or sit in a quiet space during the session
   
• Light music or candles are optional to create a calming environment
